EAGint E-Commerce – Return Policy

At EAGint E-Commerce, customer satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to providing high-quality products and reliable service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Return Policy outlines the conditions and process for returning items.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The item is not on the non-returnable list (see section 5).
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is provided.

 

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our Customer Service Team at returns@eag.international  or call +252615280088 for WhatsApp.
  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and clear photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect).
  3. Wait for the return authorisations before sending any item back.
  4. Once authorised, ship the item to the return address provided by our team.

 

3. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

 

4. Refunds

  • Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
  • Refunds are issued using the original payment method, excluding shipping and handling charges.
  • full refund or replacement will be offered in case of damaged or defective items.

 

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return, including:

  • Customised or special-order products
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, chemicals)
  • Pharmaceutical and medical supplies
  • Digital products or software licenses
  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

 

6. Exchanges

  • We accept exchanges only for the same product if it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Exchange requests follow the same process as returns.

 

7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before shipment.
  • Once dispatched, the order must go through the return process.
