Welcome to EAGint E-Commerce. By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or services (collectively called the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you disagree, please do not use our Platform.

1. General

EAGint E-Commerce is operated by EAGint Group (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a registered company providing logistics, general supply, and e-commerce services in Somalia and East Africa.

These Terms apply to all Platform users, including, but not limited to, businesses, NGOs, government agencies, and individual consumers.

2. Eligibility

By using the Platform, you represent that you are:

• At least 18 years old, or accessing under the supervision of a legal guardian.
• Authorised to enter into legally binding contracts.

3. Account Registration

You may be required to create an account to place an order or access certain features. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Product Listings and Pricing

• All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice.
• Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
• EAGint reserves the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders if required.

5. Orders and Payment

• Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of payment or a formal procurement agreement.
• We accept bank transfer, mobile money, and other secure digital payment methods.
• Bulk procurement, tendering, and custom quotations are handled separately via official correspondence.

6. Shipping and Delivery

• We provide domestic and international shipping services through trusted logistics partners.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, conflict zones, or remote locations.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

7. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

• Return requests must be made within 7 days of receipt and are subject to approval.
• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Refunds are issued based on the payment method, excluding shipping and handling fees.
• Custom, perishable, pharmaceutical, or special-order items are non-returnable unless defective.

8. Customs, Duties & Import Regulations

• Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with local import/export regulations.
• We offer customs documentation and clearance support upon request.
• Additional charges such as duties, taxes, or port fees may apply.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Platform.
• Upload or transmit harmful software or content.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, product information, design, and text, is the property of EAGint or its partners and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

11. Limitation of Liability

EAGint shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Delays or disruptions due to force majeure (e.g., war, natural disasters, internet outages).
• Errors in data provided by users or third-party vendors.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you violate these Terms or any applicable law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Somalia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be resolved through mutual negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through arbitration in Mogadishu, Somalia.

15. Amendments

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on the Platform. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
